Hockey

The Bishop Amat Lancers Hockey team is a proud part of the athletic tradition at Bishop Amat Memorial High School, representing the school in competitive high school ice hockey. As with all Lancer programs, the hockey team reflects the school’s core philosoph, giving student-athletes the opportunity to grow both on the ice and in the classroom.

About the Program

Bishop Amat Hockey competes in the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League (ADHSHL) at the Division 3 level, facing other Southern California schools in league and regular season play. The program is focused on developing on-ice skills, teamwork, competitive responsibility, and leadership, while maintaining a strong emphasis on academic success.

The hockey season typically runs from August through February, providing student-athletes with consistent opportunities for individual growth and team development. Schedules, standings, and player statistics are available through the ADHSHL league site and the team’s official social media platforms.

Mission

The hockey program, like all Bishop Amat athletic programs, supports this mission by reinforcing discipline, sportsmanship, leadership, and personal growth within a faith-centered community.
