Transcripts & Transcript Payments
Requests for the release of transcripts must be made in the Studies Office at least one week in advance. A transcript will be sent upon request to any school or employer. There is a $5 charge for each transcript requested. Transcript Fee must be paid in full before request is processed (on-line payment link below). Release of such transcripts will only be made with the permission of the student or his/her parents.
During the first semester of the senior year, each student will automatically receive one unofficial copy of his/her transcript free of charge. Any errors in the transcript should be brought to the attention of the Studies Office immediately. Parents have a right to check their child’s permanent cumulative file located in the Studies Office. Arrangements for such a review should be made in advance and the file must be reviewed in the presence of an administrator. Requests should be made in person, by mail or online.
