After visiting and looking into other private schools, both faith based and non-denominational, the decision to send our two boys to Bishop Amat High School was an easy one. [...] Being a part of a school community where the staff and teachers are supportive and genuinely care about the well-being of their students furthers our confidence that we have made the right educational investment into our boys.

Bishop Amat High School Financial Aid Process

Application Submission: To be considered for Bishop Amat's Financial Aid, please complete the Bishop Amat Financial Aid application form, which can be found on our website or obtained at our Front Office. The application requires information about your family's financial situation and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Deadline: We encourage you to submit your financial aid application as early as possible during the application process, as this will allow us to evaluate your eligibility efficiently. The deadline for financial aid applications is Friday, February 7, 2025

Evaluation and Assessment: Our financial aid committee will review the applications diligently, considering various factors such as family income, assets, number of dependents, and other relevant circumstances. We aim to ensure a fair and transparent evaluation process.

Notification of Financial Aid Decision: Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you of our financial aid decision. Please be aware that financial aid awards are distributed on a need-based basis, and the amount granted may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Timely Submission: Each year, we receive a significant number of financial aid applications. Submitting your application before the specified deadline is crucial. Doing so will enable us to review your application thoroughly and provide you with a prompt response.

Late Submissions: If the financial aid application is submitted after the deadline, we may place your application on a waiting list. While we will do our best to accommodate late submissions, priority will be given to those who apply on time.

Consider Your Financial Situation: We sincerely encourage all applicants to carefully assess their financial situation before completing the financial aid application. This allows us to allocate aid effectively and support as many qualified students as possible.

Securing Financial Aid Award: To ensure that you secure your financial aid award, it is essential to complete the enrollment process, which includes making the registration payment and scheduling a registration appointment, no later than two weeks after being notified of your financial aid award. By adhering to this deadline, you guarantee the availability of your financial aid and secure your place at Bishop Amat High School for the upcoming academic year.
