Setup Application Account

Below are the key items you'll need to complete your application:

1. Application Form: Begin by providing your essential details, such as your name, contact information, and your child's name and date of birth.

2. Video Interview: We will schedule this with your son or daughter as soon as your application is complete.

3. Teacher Evaluations (One must be from English Teacher): Request teacher evaluations through our user-friendly portal. Simply input the teachers' email addresses, and they will receive the evaluation forms directly.

4. Parental Release of Information: This checklist item is required to give your son or daughter's current school permission to send us their transcripts.

5. Transcript Request (2 Years, current + previous year): Easily request your child's transcripts through the application portal. We've eliminated the need for in-person visits, making the process smoother for you. Simply input the appropriate email address at your child's school, and they will receive a request to upload the transcripts directly to our system.

6. Application Fee $75: Conveniently pay the application fee through our secure online payment system. Application fee is $125 starting January 18, 2025.

7. ** International Students do NOT take the High School Placement Test (HSPT)

International Students who are accepted to Bishop Amat must complete the following:

1. Complete I-20 Application located in your Acceptance Email
2. I-20 Cover Sheet
3. I-20 Application
4. Host Family Form
5. Copy of Passport
6. Proof of Financial Responsibility
7. Pay I-20 Application

The International Student (I-20) Tuition and Fees for 2023-2024 is $22,000. 

This amount is paid in full before July 1, and covers tuition, registration, and the other various fees that our families incur (Parent Pledge, Family Hours, etc.) Tuition and Fees are non refundable.  Students must purchase their own books, and pay any AP/IB testing fees.   All other fees are included.

At present, Bishop Amat High School does not provide a housing program for its international students. We understand that securing suitable housing in the vicinity of the school is a crucial aspect of your experience here. Therefore, the responsibility of arranging housing for international students rests with their parent or legal guardian.

We encourage you to ensure that your housing arrangements are well in place before the commencement of the academic year.
