As is customary at the beginning of the school year, parents dropping off students in the morning can expect quite a bit of traffic. Please keep in mind that the first bell rings at 7:55 a.m. Parents are strongly encouraged to give themselves extra time in the morning, if at all possible, to get their student(s) to school on time.
All parents are advised that both the faculty parking lot and the student parking lot are strictly off limits in the morning. Other than faculty and student drivers parking for the entire school day, no other cars are allowed to enter the lots for any reason. We thank you for your cooperation with this regulation.
After school, students can be picked in the front of the school or on the side of the school on Orange. Once again, the student parking lot is off limits immediately after school. There will be a security officer at the exit of the student lot waiting for our student drivers to safely exit the lot. Once the security officer has been instructed by school personnel to allow entrance, parents will be allowed to drive into the lot to pick up their student(s). Admittance to the student lot after school is, typically, around 3:15 p.m. Parents are asked to be courteous to our security officer and follow any directions he/she may give. Again, your cooperation is much appreciated.
Lastly, parents are reminded that our school is in a residential area. Please be mindful of and courteous to the families in our community that may be leaving their homes or returning to them at the same time you are dropping off or picking up your student(s).
