Tutoring
Students in need of extra academic assistance are strongly encouraged to first seek tutoring directly from their teacher. Many teachers have established specific tutoring days/times during the lunch period and/or before and after school as follows:

CSF Library Tutoring
Peer tutoring on a first come-first served basis is provided by student members of the California Scholarship Federation (CSF) according to the following schedule:
Monday / Wednesday: After school 3:00 – 3:45 p.m.
Tuesday / Thursday: Before school 7:10 – 7:50 a.m.
Students seeking assistance through the CSF Tutoring Program should report to the Library during the designated time periods and sign in with the Librarian. Questions regarding the CSF Tutoring Program should be referred to Mr. Richard Beck (rbeck@bishopamat.org).
NHS “Jump Start” Tutoring
Student members of the National Honor Society (NHS) provide peer tutoring opportunites to specific students as prearranged through the Learning Resource Center. Students are matched with NHS members to work together over the course of the semester. Questions regarding the Jump Start Tutoring Program may be referred to Ms. Christy Shaw (cshaw@bishopamt.org) or Mrs. Gabrielle Benson (gbenson@bishopamat.org).
