Bishop Amat Office Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. (Regular times) during summer school

With the conclusion of Summer School on July 22nd Bishop Amat moves to summer office hours.

These are:

Thursday, July 22:  7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Friday July 23: 7:30 a.m. – 12 noon

Office Hours the weeks of:

            July 26-30,

                     7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday

                     7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon Fridays

            August 2-14

                        7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesdays - Thursdays 

                        7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays

                        7:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon Fridays

                        8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Saturday, August 14

We will have a limited staff on campus these weeks as this is vacation time for most of our employees.

Starting August 16th regular 7:30 am - 3:45 pm Office Hours will resume. This is the week of teacher meetings and the first days of school of the 2010-2011 school year.

Freshmen of the Class of 2014will have their first day of high school on Tuesday August 17th starting at 8 am with a school orientation and a "walk through" of their class schedule followed by a welcome hot dog BBQ.

Day ONE for ALL students is WEDNESDAY August 18th with a 7 period minimum schedule. Dismissal on these days will be at 12:40 p.m.

Starting THURSDAY August 19th we will be on a full day schedule with dismissal at 2:45 p.m.

Reminder:  Student Fall Schedules will be available for pick-up starting Monday, August 2. Please remember to bring in ALL the forms that need signatures with you when you pick up the forms. 

Counselors will be available to handle any remaining schedule concerns Saturday August 14 from 9 am – 12 pm and 1pm – 3 pm in the Counseling Center.
