Bishop Amat President Monsignor Aidan Carroll and Principal Dr. Merritt Hemenway today announced the faculty selection of Kathryn N. LaBouff as Valedictorian of the Class of 2007 and Zitadel Anne G. Perez as Salutatorian. These students were selected from an initial field of thirty-seven qualified candidates. In all, twenty-one seniors received faculty ballot nominations and five finalists were named for advancement to the final stage of the competition. Finalists were required to write and make a speech before a faculty selection panel. After evaluating all aspects of the faculty input Kathryn and Zitadel were named to be the speakers at graduation on June 1st. Congratulations to all the members of the Class of 2007.
